I enjoyed this small hotel and stayed for 2 nights here. The staff were pleasant and welcoming too. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV set in the room. The food was brilliant with lots of options. The venue had a reasonable location close to Moot Hall. Actually everything was good, my next choice again in Keswick.

Enchanting, Victorian property. Everything was very clean during our stay yet disappointing aspect was very small bathroom. The location of the hotel was perfect - within walking distance of Derwent Pencil Museum.

Everything was superb and spotless, I liked location and staff. I slept so comfy in the comfortable bed. They made my stay pleasant overnight. The venue was centrally set in a super nice area.

Free breakfast, cosy double room. All staff were discreet, ensured our stay was very delightful. Awesome view, a bigger balcony, quiet bed, too. Outdoor bar was good and clean. Impeccable location and brilliant service in the hotel.

Everything was wonderful, but we stayed for 1 night only. Unbelievable location, attractive and competitive value for money, understanding staff, plentiful breakfast. There were blackout drapes and very good soundproofing in the room, really enjoyed that. The restaurant was amazing and clean.

Superb breakfast, approaching staff, I loved ideal location. The staff did all they can for a great stay. Late check-out too. Moreover, parking was on-site.
